Our goal at TV Watch 4K is to ensure customer satisfaction while providing clear and fair return & refund guidelines.

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Certain goods are exempt from being returned, including perishable goods, intimate products, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds
  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • Opened CD, DVD, VHS, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to non-our error
  • Any item returned after 30 days of delivery
Refunds Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to notify that your item has been received and whether your refund is approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds
  • Check your bank account first.
  • Contact your credit card company; processing may take time.
  • Then contact your bank. Processing delays can occur.
  • If you have done all this and have not received your refund, contact us directly.
Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For an exchange, email us and send your item to the designated address.

Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Otherwise, refunds will go to the original purchaser.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, mail it to our designated return address. You are responsible for shipping costs; they are non-refundable. Consider using a trackable shipping service for expensive items.
